I understand how emotional of a time this is for you. It always hurts when relationships end, for whatever reason.

I'm sorry to be so hard on you, but it feels like you need a real wake up call here. We've talked about all of this before. A lot. This is exactly the wrong questions to be asking. This is exactly the kind of situation that scam psychics take advantage of. This is the opposite of what psychic tarot is all about.

• Psychics and Tarot can NOT tell what other people are thinking, are feeling or what they will do
• Even if psychics or tarot could do that, I wouldn't. Put yourself in *****'s place. How would you feel if he asked a stranger from the internet what you feel and what you plan to do. How would you feel if a stranger looked into your heart and your mind and your intentions all behind your back and without your permission and then spilled everything to your EX? Sounds pretty stalker creepy to me. I won't do that to another person, and I hope no one ever does that to you.
• Sometimes when we are doing a reading, we can get a sense of permission on the soul level, some sense of the other person sharing with you...that is not the case here

I know a little of that happened in your sister's reading, and she told me that the two of you have talked about it BUT she came with a whole different question. Like she told you, she wanted to know what she needed to do to help fix things...not a prediction about her ex. Maybe get some advice from her. Real world advice from someone who knows you and knows the situation is always a good thing. Tarot can help you know what to do for you - but it can't take the place of people who care about you, or make predictions, or read minds....

....I know that isn't the answer you were hoping for, but it is the only honest one I can give you right now. Be safe, be happy.

It's yet another 4 of swords kind of day - week - potentially month. 

Be flexible or break. Just roll with it as it comes. Or like Taoist and marital artist Bruce Lee said, "be like water". 

That is why I want to focus on e-mail readings this summer.Not only is it my specialty, and available without an appointment... I set the price lower because they are more flexible & convenient for both of us! 

If you are interested in getting a tarot reading at all, please give an e-mail reading a try. You'll save both time and money...and still get the exact same reading you would get in person! And I can adjust when I do the reading a few minutes here or there so I can  put full focus on your reading, and do the absolute best for you that I can. 

I'm taking my own advice for the next several weeks, drawing from the four of swords...I'm being flexible, focusing on e-mail readings - which is a good deal for everyone.

If there is wholeness (and I believe there is), then we touch the same spark as the greatest minds and spirits that have ever lived.

If you need to balance the checkbook, remember you are part of the same universe as Nelson Rockefellar and the legend of King Midas. If you have a difficult problem to solve, remember you are part of the same whole as Einstein and Newton. If you need wisdom, you walk the same earth as did Confucious, and Lau Tzu.  If you see suffering in others or feel it yourself, this is the same place of being as Mother Theresa, the Dali Lama, and millions of unsung heros who do simple kindnesses every day.

On the artwork of the of the Raider White Tarot deck, it shows a dove bringing a wafer to an overflowing water chalice. That reminds me of our connection to the wholeness, the entirety of space, time and dimensions. A very comforting notion.

When we are part of everything, our cup is full.

Today's Tarot - 4 of Wands

A stick can't flex unless one end is held strong. Some ideas are basic, are foundational. Being adaptable doesn't mean you have to give up the the things that give you roots, and a strong footing. It's hard to bend when your feet slip with every move. Tolerance accepts others, but it accepts the core of who you are too.

Flexibility is adaptive, alive and strong, and it works in perfect harmony with a strong foundation, self-confidence and self-esteem.

Today's Tarot - 3 of Wands

Foresight isn't always averting an emergency. True, forewarned is forearmed - or as a paramedic once told me "prepare for an emergency, and the emergency goes away"...

The other side of foresight is looking ahead and seeing that things are OK, for now anyway. When you see trouble on the horizon, you have something to do, you can prepare.

What do you do when there is sun on the horizon?

Be grateful. Appreciate. Savor. Relax. Recharge. Foresight is clearest when we are rested and relaxed, and ready for what we see.

Today's Tarot - The Hermit

In addition to saying "I drank what?" Socrates is credited with the timeless advice "Know Thyself". 

Difficult advice to follow sometimes. I've often thought of meditation as staring at oneself square in the soul. Self-examination and self-knowledge isn't always pretty. Seems we all like to flatter ourselves to one extent or another. Self-confidence and self-esteem are pretty much essential to be successful in the modern world.

On the other hand, a little understanding of those gears between your ears can be pretty useful too. 

The Hermit card hints at one aspect of modern culture: introversion vs extroversion. Some people are energized by a party. Some people enjoy them, but in measured doses. Some people like bars and nightclubs. Other people like a vente skinny latte at the local coffee house. Or when you get to be my age, a good old fashioned nap sounds pretty good too.

It isn't for us to judge other's enjoyment or energy levels. Our job is to know ours: "Know Thyself". If you are energized by being around other people, community activity, then find that. There are positive, good-judgment ways to do that. Being social doesn't have to mean a holiday bar crawl. If quiet and alone time feeds your soul, then make time for that.

A wise hermit knows when to be alone, sit on the mountain and meditate, and when to have a cup of tea in the village with friends. "Know Thyself" and you posses that wisdom too.
