There are enough obstacles in this world without tying ourselves up by the ankles through fear and doubt. Sometimes we need a helping hand to cut ourselves free - even from self-imposed ropes. There is nothing wrong in seeking that help. The problem comes when we allow ourselves to twist and stagnate, no matter how we were trapped in the first place.
